Latest Apple iPhone 4 News:

No Beatles by afterward weeks event

No Beatles next Wednesday? Like beautiful many everyone else, I figured the whole Beat goes on thing, no to advert that the third Beatle got added to iTunes recently, all pointed to next weeks event as not only showing off new iPods breitling replica, but Beatles music to play in them (and I wasnt the only one mockups are all overthe area).
But immediately the rumor mill (so, again, grain of salt with all of this) says its a no go on the Beatles.

There will be a new iPod, and supposedly a brand new Ringtones system will be brought to the iPhone replica watch, where you can use iTS bought music for a ringtone, but we wont really meet the Beatles.
Then again, not one actually knows yet Apple Gruber speculates namely since the event is being held at Moscone West, McCartney ambition be on hand to play live. And lets be pragmatic even though there is certify because both a current iPod and the whole ringtones thing, no ones really sure whats going down anyway.

An effort is being made to reunite 19 people who watched The Beatles play in a town hall before the band had their first hit. Billy Shanks is helping to lead the search for the audience members of the 1963 gig in Dingwall, Ross-shire, Scotland. He said others who went to see The Beatles thought their music was rubbish and left early.

Why Yellow Submarine could have been a great remake

I know, motion-capture technology is creepy and weird, but you know what else fits that description? Yellow Submarine. With access to 16 songs and the likeness of Ringo, Paul, George, and John, there was a possibility there (however slight) that Robert Zemeckis could have produced a world as wonderful and weird as the original.

Beatles tribute band wants to get back its name

A battle of the Beatles tribute bands has been launched in court over two words. Jack Petrilla bought the right to use the term "Get Back" in 2001 and has since used it for his touring production, "GetBack! Broadway and London Cast of Beatlemania." But a sextet of South****lls musicians is also using the name, "Get Back: A Beatles Tribute Band."

collaborate on bluegrass album

Steve Martin has said that he was "flabbergasted" to be able to work with Paul McCartney. "It's very hard to believe. I was a kid when I first heard Paul McCartney, and if you told me one day that he'd be singing one of my tunes. I'm still flabbergasted." The album, released yesterday, features 12 new bluegrass tunes, along with a live version of King Tut.

Phil Spector: Recording Ike & Tina Turner

Phil Spector is the man other record company executives wish they were," said KFWB DJ and newspaper reporter Larry McCormick in 1965. "Phil Spector is liked by few, disliked by many, misunderstood by most, and envied by practically everybody. His recent television appearances on panel shows have displayed to the world an honest, say it like it is, freak."

This Beatles tribute skips the costumes

The songs are the same. The notes are the same. But there are two major differences between the Beatles tribute show "Yesterday & Today" and other Beatles tribute acts. They don no Beatles costumes and its members do not speak with any type of British accent. In addition, they interact with audience members throughout the entire show.

France's Revolver on learning English from the Beatles

Maybe America isn't ready for Revolver. Or maybe Revolver isn't ready for America. After all, its Myspace page is still partially in French. They just learned English a few years ago, after memorizing nearly every Beatles song. The band has released both an EP and LP in France, and has been nominated twice for the equivalent of a French Grammy.

Beatles were the original punk rockers

In the early years before the beards and the maharishi, the Beatles were probably the closest thing to a punk band back then. Sporting motorcycle jackets and rockabilly hair, John, Paul, George and Ringo were a ferocious bar act who famously honed their chops in Hamburg with all-night beer-fuelled gigs that often broke the eight-hour mark.
