How ABC Started

(History and Profile)

The Advance Brain Computers is a computer training outfit for the empowerment of unemployed Nigerians for gainful employment
and for adding value to one's education and training.

The Centre was established in 2008. It was initially known as Advance Brain Computers
Training Network (ABCTRANET); but in 2010, the name was changed to Advance Brain
Computers. The school started with just three (3) students and one later dropped out due to
financial constraint. In 2009, at the end of a 6-month program, the two students graduated.
The school had only two systems as at then, for training.

Early in March 2010, the school started experiencing increase in students enrollment. Four students, and later eight enrolled for training. Now, the centre is happy to say that it has 35 functional systems, both flat screen and laptop computers.

At this time, it was necessary for the school to get registered with Federal Government before
certain programs could be done; and also for the students to obtain acceptable certificates at the end of their training. The school,
therefore, applied to the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
for registration, and so the Advance Brain Computers was registered in September 2010,
to carry out computer training, sales and services, internet services, computer equipment, printing and publishing under
Companies and Allied Matter Act 1990, pursuant to section 659.

3. Application of Computer;

4. Computer data and information;

5. Communication Skill;

6. Internet Access;

7. Internet Configuration;

8. Storage devices;

9. Coreldraw Application;

10. Microsoft Office Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel;

11. Number Bases and Computer Codes;

12. Computer Logic Gate;

13. Computer Maintenance and Repairs;

14. Web Design;

15. Videos Coverage/Editing; etc

We have 30 students currently on training.

We have qualified trainers to handle you throughout your training.
